My purpose is to be myself in my entirety. This requires me to go on the never ending journey of self-discovery, deep diving into the underworlds of shadow learnings and coming up to the surface, bringing all treasure uncovered with me.
My mission is to express my purpose in a way that contributes to and serves humanity. I receive clues about how to fulfill this purpose through my desires and talents. I am a writer, intuitive reader, expansive-thinker and a connector of heart-centered people.

Growing up, my grandmother guided me towards more ‘woo’ activities and witchy things. She passed down her mothers oracle cards, showed me the difference between a life and love line on the palm of a hand and taught me the basics of mediumship. I became acutely attuned to energies and was encouraged to stay curious and open.
This side of me often collided with my more ‘left brained’ side. Even though I could see and experience the intangible (spirits, energies) in a more tangible way than most, and had spiritual family members around me to reinforce its realness, I desired to understand the system or method behind the magic and make it make sense…
Cue the last decade of my life: deep diving into things like metaphysics, philosophy and emotional + spiritual psychology, and asking some pretty BIG questions. I still don’t really understand why or how I know what I know or I do what I do, but I have learned that on this journey answers tend to lead to more questions (so it goes, on and on). The deeper the Q’s, the closer I feel to mystery, the more acceptance I find in not understanding, the better I feel embracing this side of me.
I imagine I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to understand this profoundly mysterious and magical experience (and I’ll love doing it).

THE JOURNEY
I love critically thinking & deep diving into complex topics.
I'm a creative thinker and entrepreneur with a strong inclination towards meaningful conversations and a deep curiosity about the intricacies of human nature—what shapes us into who we are and why we behave the way we do.
I believe I’m equal parts logical and mystical. I’m (kinda obsessed) with problem solving, looking at patterns and assessing situations from multiple perspectives. I’m equally in love with the practice of sitting quietly, tapping into my feelings, communing with spirit and intuiting information.
In my sessions, the tangible meets the intangible. Depending on who you are and how you relate to the world, we might use more magical or practical methods to explore that.
The Roots Rising journey is one I went on personally (and one I continue to practice today). It has been a journey of melting all of the frozen feelings, collecting the lovecrumbs, shaking my bones out in the sun and learning how to float. The creation of this business is an ode to little me, to all the frozen women who deserve to feel truly alive and to all versions of us and the world that we have yet to meet.
May we always remain as water, flowing steadily toward our dreams and may we never forget the healing powers of warmth.
